Flavio Innocentini

Flavio Innocentini serves as the Managing Director of Stanton Chase São Paulo, bringing more than two decades of professional experience in engineering, business development, and executive search. He began his career as a construction engineer, contributing to various projects at small and mid-sized Brazilian builders and developers. He later joined the Votorantim Cimentos trainee program, where he gained cross-functional experience in multiple business areas, including strategic development.

In 2007, Flavio transitioned to the executive search industry, joining a globally recognized multinational firm. Since then, he has dedicated over 18 years to talent management, leading executive and middle management search projects, as well as broader talent advisory engagements. His work spans companies of all sizes, with vast experience in:

At Stanton Chase, Flavio is responsible for client relationship management, business development, and the successful execution of search and advisory mandates across his areas of expertise.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a Green Belt certification in Project Management. Fluent in English, Flavio is known for his strategic insight, deep sector knowledge, and commitment to delivering high-impact leadership solutions for his clients.
