Giuliano’s search practice is deeply rooted in the industrial sector, with a strong focus on capital-intensive and heavy industries such as manufacturing, logistics, mining, oil and gas, and chemicals. He has led executive search and leadership advisory projects across all major organizational disciplines, including operations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, sales, finance, and HR—with particular emphasis on supply chain and operational leadership roles. He is recognized for his consultative and collaborative approach, acting as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and HR leaders in complex and performance-driven environments. 

Before joining Stanton Chase, Giuliano was a Partner at Linco People Experts, a consulting firm focused on executive search and talent development. Earlier in his career, he led a regional business unit at Korn Ferry International, managing C-level and senior leadership projects across Latin America. His professional journey began in supply chain roles at multinational and domestic companies in the industrial and consumer goods sectors, providing him with firsthand insight into the challenges of operational leadership.
