Jeff Dziedzic

Jeff Dziedzic is a Director at Stanton Chase Detroit. He has nearly 30 years of experience within the manufacturing and technology sectors. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Jeff was an executive within the tier-I automotive supply base and held a variety of positions in engineering, program management, operations, sales, business development, strategy, and general management. Jeff has held key leadership positions with some of the premier automotive suppliers in the world, including Senior Director, Sales Management at Harman Automotive and N.A. Vice President and General Manager at Highly Marelli (Marelli Joint Venture). 

Jeff is a results-driven global leader with demonstrated experience driving business development, profitability, and operational excellence across the automotive, EV, and technology sectors. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, executing strategic business plans, and fostering innovation in technical sales, engineering, and program management. Jeff is now leveraging his skills, knowledge, and experiences in executive search and leadership advisory at Stanton Chase. 

Jeff holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
