Luana Cosma is a dynamic Partner at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon. With over 15 years of experience in leadership and operations management, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Since joining Stanton Chase in 2019, she has applied her knowledge in executive search, assessment, and development, building on her previous specialization in these areas for an international firm’s executive division. Prior to that, she served as Managing Partner at an international recruitment company.

Her extensive industry expertise includes healthcare and life sciences, consumer products and services (retail, wholesale, and food service; FMCG and durable products; travel, hospitality, and leisure; media and communications; luxury goods and services; e-commerce), and industrial sectors.

Luana holds degrees in both law and psychology, along with a master’s degree in private comparative law. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, fostering authentic, win-win collaborations. She is consistently committed to advancing equity and effectiveness at the leadership level and within the boardroom.

Committed to professional growth, Luana has earned certifications in numerous assessment tools, including Hogan Assessments, Hofstede Insights Cultural Assessments, SHL, Profiles, and DISC personality assessments.

Fluent in English, French, and Romanian, she remains enthusiastic about continuous education and assessment, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance leadership development and organizational impact.
