Mathias Häusler

Mathias Häusler is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. He has two decades of executive search experience, specializing in recruiting both highly skilled specialists and senior leaders, particularly for commercial and technical roles in sales, production, and development. 

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he held senior positions at several established executive search firms in Germany, where he successfully managed national search mandates and developed long-standing client relationships. His focus is on mid-sized industrial companies and international groups operating in dynamic and evolving markets. 

Mathias combines deep industry insight with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to executive search. He brings particular expertise in the energy, industrial technology, and packaging sectors, with a strong emphasis on companies at the forefront of the energy transition. 

He holds a degree in International Business and Management from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and completed an international study program at the University of Macau. Mathias speaks German and English fluently and has conversational knowledge of Dutch. 

Based near Düsseldorf, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children—skiing in winter, hiking in summer.
