Monica Brogeras

Mónica is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase, Mexico City office. She is a seasoned professional passionate about leadership and organizational transformation through talent development. With a background in market research and strategic marketing, she offers a unique perspective in identifying forward-thinking candidates who challenge the status quo and drive results.

Prior to her tenure at Stanton Chase, she served as a trusted market research consultant for both national and international brands, particularly in the consumer and retail sectors. Her contributions extended beyond traditional research, influencing business strategy through innovative workshops and a keen understanding of market trends. At American Express, she crafted marketing strategies and customer experience for top-tier financial products. Monica’s career also includes significant experience in optimizing the performance and operations in customer service teams within Contact Centers.

Throughout her career as a consultant, she has collaborated with clients from different sectors, especially in manufacturing and consumer products and services. She has led projects for different functions, including sales and marketing, finance, human resources, among others.

Monica has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Universitat Central de Catalunya, a Master’s in International Marketing from EADA Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from CESSA and the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. She is certified by Hogan for assessment application and interpretation and certified in coaching by the Neuroleadership Institute in Dubai. She is currently leading global initiatives to enhance internal learning and talent development at Stanton Chase.
