Peter Lawson

Peter works with clients on board, C-level, and other senior executive searches, focusing on the industrial sector, including engineering, manufacturing and petrochemicals; consumer products and services; and supply chain, logistics and transportation. He also works with clients on leadership transformation and succession planning.

Peter has successfully executed board, C-level and other senior executive searches for publicly traded and privately held companies, including Bridgestone Corporation, Shell plc/Royal Dutch Shell, Boeing Distribution Services-KLX Aerospace, GXO Logistics, Kubota Corporation, Mowi Americas, VSE Corporation, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP), Rogers Group, Transnational Foods, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Kingston Wharves Limited, GB Group, Perez Trading Company and others.

Prior to executive search, Peter worked in the USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Australia managing large-scale operations, marketing, supply chain, and M&A for The Coca-Cola Company, Shell plc/Royal Dutch Shell, and Tyco Fire & Security, including the worldwide operations of ADT Security. He has also advised boards, CEOs, and private equity funds on strategy, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and the assessment and selection of executives for key leadership positions.

In addition to holding executive leadership positions, Peter has served on boards of publicly traded and privately held companies in oil, gas and renewable energy; consumer products and services; financial services; engineering and construction; supply chain, logistics and transportation; and non-profit foundations focused on education and the arts.

Peter received his MBA in finance and management from Emory University and his BA in music and economics from the University of Florida. He also completed executive programs in mergers & acquisitions at the University of Chicago, corporate governance at the University of Pennsylvania, and both valuation and scenario planning at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
