Rebecca Vasileiou Chondrolidou

Rebecca Vasileiou Chondrolidou is an experienced international HR strategist and organizational development leader, with 20 years of experience in multinational corporate environments, primarily in the life sciences, professional services, and retail industries, as well as in startups and scale-ups.

At Stanton Chase in Athens, she spearheads the leadership, organization, and culture advisory services, leveraging her visionary thinking, systemic, pragmatic approach, and extensive international experience to shape high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations.

Her expertise covers leadership development, executive and senior teams’ development, talent management and succession planning, organizational transformation and change, cultural/behavioral change, and organization social capital as well as HR strategy along with its end-to-end implementation.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 2024, Rebecca held HR Advisory and HR Director positions in Athens, Dubai, Copenhagen, and Zurich, leading international teams worldwide. Her solid experience spans various phases of the business cycle, including start-ups, scale-ups, turnarounds, and efficiency/scale-down phases. She has navigated diverse business transformations such as IPOs, M&As, strategic pivots, geographical expansions, product launches, operating model changes, and digitalization journeys.

She has collaborated with hundreds of individuals and dozens of senior leadership teams. With deep respect, curiosity, and awe for how individuals shape teams and organizations and how teams and organizations shape individuals, she is passionate about co-creating meaningful and effective workplace systems.

Rebecca is a trained business coach and design and systems thinker, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Technology. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys nature, sports, architecture, arts and crafts, with a particular love for painting, sculpture, ceramics, and dance.
