In a testament to our commitment to finding and supporting talent across global markets, Stanton Chase Belgrade marked its 11th year of recognizing outstanding talent development initiatives in Southeastern Europe.
The Talent Management Award, started by our Belgrade office in 2014, has become a benchmark for excellence in corporate talent development throughout the region.
This year’s competition brought together an impressive group of companies, each with their own approach to developing talent. From working with universities to creating in-house development programs, each company showed how seriously the region takes developing future leaders.
After careful consideration, our jury named Nestlé Adriatic S the winner of the 2024 Talent Management Award. The company caught Stanton Chase Belgrade’s attention with its thoughtful approach to helping employees grow and its fresh ideas about talent development. The company stands out for its dedication to mental health, with a tailored program designed by its employees.
Instead of choosing individual category winners like in previous years, the jury selected five outstanding organizations to recognize this year. Among them, Nestlé Adriatic S took the top spot, while four other companies earned recognition for their excellent talent programs:
